Welcome to Nomand (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (esimnomand.com/) and any services we provide (the “Service”).

The Service is provided by Sole proprietorship Andrienko Yurii, a sole proprietorship (FOP) registered in Ukraine, with registration number 3687006634. All transactions are governed under Ukrainian law, with full adherence to applicable EU regulations where relevant, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Nomand provides access to digital eSIM services and related products for international travelers and remote workers. eSIM services are provided by third-party mobile network operators and not directly by Nomand.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You shall not:
• Breach any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Copy, distribute, or resell the Service without permission.

• Once the eSIM is delivered, the product is considered used and non-refundable, as per the nature of digital goods.

All prices are in Euros or US dollars and include VAT (if applicable). You can pay directly through the banking system or use cryptocurrency.

Due to the instant delivery of digital goods, there are no refunds unless there is a confirmed technical error on our part.

Payments are processed by certified payment processors in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our data processing is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all devices or networks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nomand (FOP [Andrienko Yurii]) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.
